Creamy Orange Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh orange
juice
- 1/2 pint (250ml)
double/heavy cream
- 1/2 pint (250ml)
single/light cream
- 2 oz (50g) sugar
(more if you prefer a sweeter recipe)
Preparation Method
- Gently stir together the cream, sugar and orange juice and then beat until creamy.
- Transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and mix/freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
