Faloodeh is an Iranian dessert that is served cold. This cold dessert is well known in the name of Persian noodle dessert. It contains sweetened semi frozen sorbet alike syrups with rose petal water added, topping with the thin and smaller sized noodles and served chill.
The history of faloodeh started from the rule of Mughal emperors in India who loved the taste of the cold dessert. The noodles are made of rice starch or corn and also arrowroot starch and potato starch.
