Frozen Custard is similar to ice cream but made with egg in cream and sugar, denser than ice cream but kept in warm temperature than how ice cream stored.
Since 1690, the egg was a part of ice cream making but, Frozen custard came into existence in commercial when the ice cream vendors in 1919, used egg as an added ingredient in the making of ice cream to make it smoother and it stayed cold for a long period.
