Firmly pack the ice cream into a foil lined 9 inch round cake pan. Cover and freeze it for 2 hours. Preheat oven. Grease flour two cake pans. Combine sugar, cocoa, baking soda baking powder in a large mixture bowl.
Finely chop cookies on a cutting board. Take butter and place it in a microwave cooker. Heat it until it melts say some 40 seconds. Blend it in a cookie crumb.
Bring butter and crushed cookies together and then press on to the bottom of the pan and the leave it to freeze for 1 hr. Take a medium saucepan and mix the cranberries, sugar, water, corn syrup together.
