A King's Lynn SCHOOL has now banned an ice cream van that has served generations of pupils, from its site as the healthy eating culture gathers pace.
Springwood High School head teacher Peter Hopkins said the van that sells sweets, crisps and chocolate plus ice creams, breaks new healthy eating regulations, which restrict what food schools, can serve to kids.
Some parents have claimed the healthy eating drive is now going real far.
ice cream van has parked at the Gay wood school at lunch and also going-home time for around 30 years.
