BOULDER, Colo. -- Settling into an economic friendly producing facility seems on par philosophically for Boulder Ice Cream, a home all-natural ice cream maker.
But the new digs, nearly three times the size of the Boulder-based company's last location, even can make fine business sense. The company now could augment capacity, pasteurize and co-pack for other companies and its organic certification would allow Boulder Ice Cream to go organic by July -- just in time for National Ice Cream month.
