For the fifth day in a row the mercury hardly reached at 20 degrees. This Arctic cold curse is taking a charge on some Utah businesses.
Ice cream shop after ice cream shop was vacant Tuesday and employees say the climate is to blame. Business for national chains and nearby run ice cream stores are down contrasted to this time last year. The Assistant Manager at Leatherby's Family Creamery says, "We have done less in sales than last year. When the climate is cold we do slow down."
