A reviwe conducted by a Singaporean market survey company during 2004 proved that the actual turnover of the ice cream market in Vietnam was VND667 bil and the market rally had the growth of 15-20% per annum. This displays an attractive figure for investors, though the ice cream eating level of Vietnamese people is still low when compared to the world's consumption level, just 0.3 litres per capita per year (Source: Agriculture and Argo-Food Canada).
