Vegans all across the world missed eating ice creams, but now various companies have brought out varieties of non-dairy ice creams for vegans and lactose intolerants who don't consume milk products for ethical and health reasons. These non-dairy ice creams are made from soy, rice and coconut milk, and also from juices extracted from fresh fruits. These kinds of ice creams are considered to be healthier and free from cholesterol.
