Ingredients

heavy whipped cream
6 egg yolk
2 cup of sugar
Food coloring yellow, blue, purple
Flavor oils in banana cream, bubblegum, grape flavor
2 cup of milk

Steps

Whisk the egg yolk and sugar until it became fluffy heat the pan and add remaining milk and whipped cream and heat it in low flame once it became boil off the flame and kept it in three separate bowl and cool it under room temperature once cooled add the color flavoring in three bowls and then add banana cream in yellow mixture bubble gum to blue and grape to purple and freeze use the different color scoops for layer
