Peppermint is a hybrid mint formed by the combination of water mint and spear mint. This peppermint is cultivated in many regions of the world. It is commonly found in Europe and Middle East. Peppermint icecream tastes good.

Making of Peppermint Stick Icecream

Ingredients

• Fat coconut milk (2 14-ounce cans)
• Honey (1/3 cup)
• Vanilla (1 spoon)
• Peppermint extracts (2 spoons)
• Candy canes or peppermint sticks (1/2 cup)

Steps

• In a small bowl shake coconut milk, honey, vanilla and peppermint extract.
• Freeze the mixture prepared in a icecream maker.
• Crush the candies to about ½ cup.
• Add it to the icecream maker in about last 30 seconds.
• Freeze the icecream to get a texture which is harder.
• And finally now your peppermint icecream gets ready and now you can eat and enjoy.
