Take off the cob from corn and then combine the corn with milk, thyme and cream heat this mixture in low simmer for 5 minutes and keep it aside cool for 1 to 2 hours and filter the thyme and corn cobs again blend the corn with milk until it became smooth again heat the mixture for 5 minutes whisk the sugar and egg yolk until it became fluffy pour the corn cream into this mixture and heat until it became thicken pour this mixture in ice cream tray and freeze it for 24 hours and serve
